To round out our 2023 Black History Month programming, the Black Excellence in Tech ERG put together a panel discussion to discuss Black Underrepresentation in Tech, hosted by VP of VP, Business Integration & Assurance, TJ Albert.

The issue of Black underrepresentation in the tech industry has been a topic of discussion for several years. It is a systemic problem that requires a concerted effort from industry leaders, policymakers, and society as a whole to address. To shed light on this issue, a panel discussion was held to discuss the root causes and possible solutions to address the issue of Black underrepresentation in tech.
